1. The Municipality of Orion, Bataan through the General Appropriation Act of 2021 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand and Two Hundred Pesos (Php 398,200.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract Purchase and Delivery for Medical and Laboratory Supplies of Orion RHU and BHS Use in Health Program Implementation (25ITB-CS-01-009). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
