INVITATION TO BID FOR: PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF MAINTENANCE MEDICINE FOR HYPERTENSION AND DIABETES

1. The Local Government Unit of Vinzons, through TRUST FUND, to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Six Hundred Pesos Only (Php 998,600.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF MAINTENANCE MEDICINE FOR HYPERTENSION AND DIABETES. Above ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Vinzons now invites bids for the PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF MAINTENANCE MEDICINE FOR HYPERTENSION AND DIABETES Delivery of the Goods is required 7 Days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed and should be completed within 15 calendar days.
