1. The Provincial Government of Batangas (PGOB) invites interested and eligible suppliers to bid for the project Purchase and Delivery of Innovative Drugs and Medicines {e.g., 75 tablets Acetylcysteine (600mg effervescent tablet); 12,500 tablets Ascorbic Acid+Zinc (500mg/10mg tablet); 72 bottles Ascorbic Acid+Zinc (100mg/10mg syrup 120mL) etc...} for use of Office of the Provincial Health Officer, Laurel Memorial District Hospital and Calatagan Medicare Hospital under the Provincial Government of Batangas, with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) amounting to Four Million Seven Hundred One Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-One Pesos and 40/100 (₱4,701,551.40), chargeable against the General Fund.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
