Description : REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF ICT EQUIPMENT OF EMB V

The Environmental Management Bureau Region V hereinafter referred to as the “Purchaser” through the General Appropriation Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE THOUSAND (Php185,000.00) PESOS being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the abovementioned contract.

The Environmental Management Bureau Region V now request from bona fide supplier-s quotations for the said activity.

Procurement will be conducted through small value procurement; an alternative mode of procurement as prescribed in Sec. 53.9 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A. 9184;

It is the intent of the Purchaser to evaluate the bid/quotation on per item basis, and award will be made to the bid/quotation or combination of quotations resulting in the lowest evaluated quotation meeting the Purchaser-s technical specifications.

Supplier shall submit its quotation to the BAC Secretariat, EMB Region V Rawis, Legazpi City.
