INVITATION TO BID FOR
Purchase and Delivery of Hardware Materials and Equipment
1. The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Pinabacdao, through the DOLE Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Twenty Eight Thousand Four Hundred Fifty pesos (P928,450.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase and Delivery of Hardware Materials and Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Pinabacdao now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 60 days. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
