PB 2025-04

1. The Local Government of Dinalupihan, through the Local Government Unit Operating Budget 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Forty Three Thousand One Hundred Pesos Only (Php1,243,100.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase & Delivery of Grocery Items. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government of Dinalupihan now invites bids for Purchase & Delivery of Grocery Items. Delivery is Ten days (10) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
