a. Fresh, firm texture, free from discoloration, bruises, decay, cracks, worms infestation, soft spots and defects
b. Bright, lively color and no foul odor for items no. 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9
For items no. 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9
a. Expiration date must be 6 months to 1 year
b. No deformities or in good shape

Delivery Schedule:
a. Delivery shall be on a weekly basis within two (2) days upon receipt of Request for delivery, or as need arises, with a representative from the supplier
b. Monday to Friday, 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. only, except holidays

Payment Terms:
