1. The Local Government Unit of Cabarroguis, through the Supplemental Budget No. 1 Series of 2025 - LBT Fund 2025 (OMAGRI- Purchase and Delivery of Foliar Fertilizer for High Value Crops) intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Ᵽ 1,100,000.00) inclusive of VAT being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase and Delivery of ICT Equipment of the Different Offices at Cabarroguis, Quirino with identification number LGUCQ-GOODS-2025-0020 with the following specifications. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
