Invitation to Bid for the Purchase and Delivery of Fluids for the different Hospitals of the Province
1) The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur, through the CY 2026 Appropriations (LGUs, the Annual Budget, as approved by the Sangguniang) intends to apply the sum of PhP5,007,450.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase and Delivery of Fluids for the different Hospitals of the Province-PGIS-046-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur now invites bids for Purchase and Delivery of Fluids for the different Hospitals of the Province. Delivery of the Goods is required within 25 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
