INVITATION TO BID FOR PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF FARM IMPLEMENTS

1. The Provincial Government of Abra, through the Budget for the Contract Approved by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan intends to apply the sum of Twenty Eight Million Pesos (PhP28,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase and Delivery of Farm Implements/PGA-OPAGSP(ACAP)-2025-GDS01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Abra now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
