Description : INVITATION TO BID for the Purchase and Delivery of Fabricated Steel Garbage Bins for the Municipality of Aloguinsan.

1. The Municipality of Aloguinsan, through the 20% Development Fund FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Ninety Four Thousand One Hundred Ten Pesos (Php 3,994,110.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase and Delivery of Fabricated Steel Garbage Bins for the Municipality of Aloguinsan (Solicitation No. 2025-AP-10-062). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Aloguinsan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within the last 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
