Invitation to Bid for the Purchase and Delivery of Emergency Go Bag for Distribution during Health Caravan of the Province

1) The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur, through the PDRRM Fund intends to apply the sum of PhP7,029,560.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase and Delivery of Emergency Go Bag for Distribution during Health Caravan of the Province-PGIS-054-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur now invites bids for Purchase and Delivery of Emergency Go Bag for Distribution. Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
