INVITATION TO BID

PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF DRUGS AND MEDICINES FOR RHU USE

1. The Municipality of Orion, Bataan through the General Appropriation Act of 2021 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Eight Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Four Hundred Sixty Pesos (Php 3,898,460.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract Purchase and Delivery of Drugs and Medicines for RHU Use (25ITB-CS-01-002). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Orion, Bataan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required to be completed within Thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
