1. The Local Government Unit of Cabarroguis, through the SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 1 SERIES OF 2025 Resolution No. 47 of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Sixty One Thousand Five Hundred Thirty One Pesos and 30/100 (Ᵽ 261,531.30) inclusive of VAT being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase and Delivery of Construction Materials in Support to CSAP Project in the Municipality through Provision of Housing Materials with identification number LGUCQ-GOODS-2025-0030 with the following specifications. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
