1. The City Government of Surigao, intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php1,600,000.00), inclusive of all government taxes, and other fees and charges, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase and Delivery of Brand New Utility Van with Dual Aircon, City Mayor-s Office, Surigao City (ITB No. 2025-Goods-027). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Surigao now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required to be completed in 45 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project.
