Description : TERMS AND CONDITION:
1. The supplier shall inform in writing the procuring entity in advance prior to the delivery schedule at least five calendar (5) days from the actual delivery.
2.Schedule of delivery is from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m except holidays.
3. All deliveries shall be accompanied by an authorized repreesentative.
4. Items to be delivered shall have a shelf life of at least eighteen (18) months upon receipt by the procuring entity (Materials and Management Unit). A duly approved guarantee letter shall be required in the event that the item to be delivered has a shelf life of less than eighteen (18) months, subject to the approval of the Head of the Procuring Entity (HOPE).
