INVITATION TO BID (ITB)

The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BILIRAN, through its BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE (BAC) invites Bidders/Suppliers to bid for the Purchases of the following:

1. PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF AGRICULTURAL SUPPLIES

Bidding will be conducted through Public Bidding Procedure using the non-discretionary pass/fail criterions as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) of the Republic Act# 12009, otherwise known as the “THE NEW GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT ACT”.
