Description : REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

The Provincial Government of Batangas (PGOB), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to procure the following project:

Please submit your duly signed Request for Quotation (RFQ) to the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) located at 2nd Floor, BAC Office, Provincial Capitol, Kumintang Ibaba, Batangas City on or before 9:00 A.M. of September 29, 2025, subject to the compliance with the Terms and Conditions provided on this Request for Quotation (RFQ).

The interested services provider shall also submit a copy of the Philgeps Registration copy, and notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement along with the quotation on or before the above specified deadline of submission of quotation.
