INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PURCHASE AND DELIVER OF
POST-HARVEST MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT

1. The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF ABRA, through the Budget for the Contract Approved by the Sanggunian Panlalawigan, CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION PESOS (Php2,000,000.00) being the ABC to payment under the contract PGA-OPAG(EDF2025)-GDS09 / PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF POST-HARVEST MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at the Bid Opening.

2. The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF ABRA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
