Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF AN AMBULANCE VEHICLE FOR THE TRANSPORT OF SICK AND/OR PATIENTS TO, FROM, AND BETWEEN PLACES OF TREATMENT, AFFORDING SAFETY AND COMFORT TO THE PATIENTS TO AVOID AGGRAVATION OF ILLNESS OR INJURY

1. The City Government of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, through the Appropriations Ordinance of 2025, intends to apply the sum of Twelve Pesos Only (P12,000,000.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for: Purchase of an Ambulance Vehicle for the transport of sick and/or patients to, from, and between places of treatment, affording safety and comfort to the patients to avoid aggravation of illness or injury (BP-25-08-0004). Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009.
