1) The Province of Negros Occidental through the GOP - 2025 General Fund intends to apply the sum of (P2,192,680.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF AIRCONDITIONING SYSTEM FOR PROV. OF NEGROS OCC. - ADMI Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Province of Negros Occidental now invites bids for PURCHASE OF AIRCONDITIONING SYSTEM FOR PROV. OF NEGROS OCC. - ADMI. Delivery of the Goods is required for thirty (30) days from receipt of contract.
