1. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 2,100,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase of Airconditioner, 2.5Hp, Split Type to be used at the PGOM-Sectoral Buildings. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
