MUNICIPALITY OF MADRIDEJOS

Invitation to Bid for Purchase of agriculture supplies for farmers, anti-rabies vaccine for dogs and cats and vitamins for livestock animals

1. The Municipality of Madridejos, through the MAO-MOOE Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Two Thousand Four Hundred Eighty Eight Pesos and 00/000 (Php 402,488.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase of agriculture supplies for farmers, anti-rabies vaccine for dogs and cats and vitamins for livestock animals - MAD 045-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Madridejos now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by fifteen (15) days after receipt of PO/Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
