1. The Municipal Government of Leyte, through the authorized appropriations under General Fund intends to apply the sum of (a) One Million Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php1, 450,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Inbred Certified Rice Seeds for Lot 1, (b) One Hundred Ninety Six Thousand Seventy Five Pesos (Php196, 075.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Fertilizer for Lot 2 and (c) Three Hundred Forty Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy Five Pesos & 80/100 (Php349,775.80) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Supplies for Animal Health Monitoring for Lot 3. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
