INVITATION TO BID FOR PURCHASE OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS TO INCREASE 21 HECTARES PRODUCTION AREA FOR LAKATAN TO COMPENSATE LOCAL DEMAND UNDER PURCHASE REQUEST NUMBER 50-2025-01-0165

1. The Local Government Unit of Gingoog, through the Banana Production 20% Development Fund approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Sixty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-Three Pesos Only (PhP 2,969,973.00) for being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Gingoog City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. ...
