1. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Thirty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 1,030,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase of Agricultural Products for distribution to Fisherfolk in Oriental Mindoro. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro - Procurement Division Goods and Services Section now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
