1. The Local Government Unit of Gingoog, through the Fishing net and other accessories 2025 20% Development Fund approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Thirty-Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (PhP 1,237,950) for being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
