1. The Municipality of Mangatarem, Pangasinan, through the General Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos (Php 370,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Additional Solar Power Equipment to be used for Emergency Energy for Vaccine Storage and Light at RHU-II, LGU-Mangatarem Pangasinan (2025-03-21). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Mangatarem, Pangasinan, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required fifteen (15) calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed.. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) year...
