INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF 8 SETS 10x10 FT. AND 2 SETS 10x20 FT. CUSTOMIZED TENT

1. The Local Government Unit of Naguilian, Isabela, through the 5% LDRRMF Fund CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php280,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Purchase of 8 Sets 10x10 ft. and 2 Sets 10x20 ft. Customized Tent with Identification Number 2024-12-1505. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Naguilian, Isabela now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required 21 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
