Description : GOODS-2025-01-001 PURCHASE OF 6X4 3-AXLE TOW TRUCK 420HP TO PULL VEHICLES OUT OF DIRE SITUATION ALONG NATIONAL HIGHWAY OF MUNICIPALITY OF MINGLANILLA, CEBU

1. The MUNICIPALITY OF MINGLANILLA, through the LOCAL FUND intends to apply the sum of NINETEEN MILLION PESOS (P 19,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for TOW TRUCK. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The MUNICIPALITY OF MINGLANILLA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within THIRTY (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed at least one (1) contract that is equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC, from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
