Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Purchase of 4x4 Manual Pick-up Vehicle
CONTRACT ID NO. EMBXI-PBD-2025-003

1) The DENR-Environmental Management Bureau - Region XI through the General Appropriations Act for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php. 2,400,000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of 4x4 Manual Pick-up Vehicle. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The DENR-Environmental Management Bureau - Region XI now invites bids for “Purchase of 4x4 Manual Pick-up Vehicle” using the Competitive Bidding as the main mode of procurement strategy. Delivery of the Goods is required 120 calendar days after Notice of Award. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
