  1. The City Government of Pasay, through the GENERAL FUND CY2025 (Non Office - Special Peace & Order) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 4,800,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of 40 units 5.56mm RIFLE for the use of the PNP Pasay. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The City Government of Pasay now invites bids for the Purchase of 40 units 5.56mm RIFLE for the use of the PNP Pasay. Expected completion of delivery for the said project is within ninety (90) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
