1. The Local Government of Tampakan, through the GF-Proper AB-CY2025 1011-1-07-05-020 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 240,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF 3 UNITS FLOOR MOUNTED AIRCON (2 UNITS FOR MUNICIPAL CONFERENCE ROOM AND 1 UNIT FOR MUNICIPAL TREASURER-S OFFICE). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government of Tampakan, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Thirty (30) working days.
