INVITATION TO BID FOR
PURCHASE OF 3 UNITS
BRAND NEW CRAWLER EXCAVATOR (BACKHOE)
(For economic enterprise)

1. The Local Government Unit of Talaingod, Davao del Norte intends to apply the sum of Fifty Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 50,700,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract on PURCHASE OF 3 UNITS BRAND NEW CRAWLER EXCAVATOR (BACKHOE). Bids in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Talaingod now invites bids for PURCHASE OF 3 UNITS BRAND NEW CRAWLER EXCAVATOR (BACKHOE). Delivery of goods is required within seven calendar days upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, at least two (2) similar contracts, the aggregate amount of which should be equivalent to at least 50% of the ABC.
