1. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro, through the GENERAL FUND intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 1,200,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Purchase of 200 bags of Hybrid Seeds for distribution in the implementation of Grain Enhancement Production under Agro Technology Resource Management Services Division. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro - Procurement Division Goods and Services Section now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required
