INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF 2 UNITS STEEL RACK (5 LAYERS) AND PURCHASE OF 1 UNIT HIGHBACK EXECUTIVE CHAIR

1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF HILONGOS, through the GENERAL FUND-CURRENT APPROPRIATION-SEMI-EXPENDABLE FURNITURE AND FIXTURES intends to apply the sum of FORTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (₱45,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF 2 UNITS STEEL RACK (5 LAYERS) AND PURCHASE OF 1 UNIT HIGHBACK EXECUTIVE CHAIR HILONGOS GF-2025-03-096. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF HILONGOS now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
