Description : 1. The Procuring Entity, Barangay Maloro Tangub City intends to apply the sum of NINETY THOUSAND PESOS (Php. 90,000.00) to payment under the contract for PURCHASE OF 2 UNIT LAPTOP with identification No. MALORO-PB-2025-004. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.

2. The Procuring Entity, Barangay Balatacan Tangub City now invites bids for the above procurement project. PURCHASE OF 2 UNIT LAPTOP. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) of the Republic Act No. 9184

4. Bids must be duly recieved by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the Barangay Office, Barangay Maloro Tangub City.

Note:
1. All entries must be legibly written.
2. Delivery period within three (3) calendar days.
3. Warranty shall be for a period of six (6) months for supplies and materials, one (1) year for equipment from the date of acceptance by the procuring entry.
