  1. The City Government of Pasay, through the GENERAL FUND CY2025 (Continuing Appropriation) intends to apply the sum of Twenty One Million Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php 21,950,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of 13 units Government Motor Vehicles for the use of various departments/offices. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The City Government of Pasay now invites bids for the Purchase of 13 units Government Motor Vehicles for the use of various departments/offices. Expected completion of delivery for the said project is within ninety (90) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
