Description : 1.The Local government Unit of Jipapad, Eastern Samar through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (P160,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) as payment under the contract for the Purchase of 12 Units Swivel Chairs for the Use SB Office.

2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 91840, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.

Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorship, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
