Description : The Local Government Unit-Municipality of Malinao, Aklan through the Bids and Awards Committee, intends to apply the sum of Ninety Six Thousand Pesos and 00/100 (Php96,000.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract PURCHASE OF 12 UNITS OF EXECUTIVE CHAIRS FOR USE OF SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OF MALINAO, AKLAN.
Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Opening of Quotations.
The LGU-Malinao now invites quotations for the above-named project to be completed within 15 calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order.
Opening of Quotations will be conducted through open competitive procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act".
