Description : 1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Local Government Unit of Siruma, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites PhilGEPS registered suppliers to participate in the negotiation for the Purchase of 100 units of Bucket Water Filter System in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of Republic Act.

2. The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) has a sum of THREE HUNDRED FIFTY-FOUR THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 354,000.00), inclusive of applicable taxes, as follows:
