1. The Local Government Unit of Oton, through OTHER PPE'S-MEEDO SB #1 intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED THIRTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 335,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PURCHASE OF 1 UNIT DIGITAL WEIGHING SCALE FOR THE USE OF NEW SLAUGHTERHOUSE AT BRGY. LAMBUYAO, OTON, ILOILO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Oton now invites bids for the PURCHASE OF 1 UNIT DIGITAL WEIGHING SCALE FOR THE USE OF NEW SLAUGHTERHOUSE AT BRGY. LAMBUYAO, OTON, ILOILO. Completion of the Works is required FIFTEEN (15) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
