PURCHASE OF 1 UNIT BRAND NEW BACKHOE LOADER AND 1 UNIT BRAND NEW 14-METER MANLIFT TRUCK EURO 4

1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF PASTRANA, through the APPROVED BUDGET COMING FROM THE MAYOR-S OFFICE UNDER THE SUPPLEMENTAL INVESTMENT PROGRAM NO 1 FY 2025, intends to apply the sum of ELEVEN MILLION THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P 11,300,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract PURCHASE OF BRAND NEW BACKHOE LOADER AND BRAND NEW 14-METER MANLIFT TRUCK EURO 4 with a PROJECT IDENTIFICATION NUMBER- BAC-GOODS-2025- 019. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF PASTRANA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project, in accordance with the provisions under Section 27. of the IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS OF REPUBLIC ACT NO. 12009. PURCHASE OF BRAND NEW BACKHOE LOADER AND BRAND NEW 14-METER MANLIFT TRUCK EURO 4 must be delivered within THIRTY (30) Calendar Days.
