1. All entries must be typewritten or legibly written.
2. The Approved budget for this project is Php 50,000.00. Submitted bid cost in excess of ABC shall be automatically rejected.
3. Quotation with erasure will be automatically rejected. Quotations thru email will be accepted.
4. Delivery period within 15 days after receipt of P.O.
5. Price validity shall be for a period of Six (6) months.
6. A copy of Bidder-s PhilGEPS Registration Certificate, Mayor-s Permit, Bussiness Permit shall be attached to the email.
7. All required Philippine taxes must be disclosed and included in the proposal.
8. The CWD through BAC reserves the right to approved or disapproved any quotation, to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract awarding without incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
