Description : The University of the Philippines Mindanao (UP Mindanao), through UPSA-2024-REPROG-1387th Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Million Forty Hundred Four Thousand One Pesos and Forty-Four Centavos only [Php5,404,001.44] for the Purchase of 1 Lot Computer and Storage Server with Data Center Equipment and Accessories (with project identification number PBM 2025-06) being the ABC to payments under the contract consisting of one lot.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The University of the Philippines Mindanao (UP Mindanao) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The contract duration for this project is ninety calendar (90) calendar days to commence upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
