1) The MUNICIPALITY OF GARCHITORENA, through the BIDS AND AWARDS AND COMMITTEE intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (1,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PURCAHSE OF 400SACKS COMMERCIAL RICE, 80BOXES- COFFEE 3 IN 1, 80BOXES NOODLES, 100BOXES SARDINES, 95BOXES CORNED BEEF. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPALITY OF GARCHITORENA now invites bids for PURCAHSE OF 400PCS COMMERCIAL RICE, 80BOXES- COFFEE 3 IN 1, 80BOXES NOODLES, 100BOXES SARDINES, 95BOXES CORNED BEEF. Delivery of the Goods is required 15 DAYS
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
