1. The University of the Philippines Manila - Philippine General Hospital (UPM-PGH), through the General Appropriations Act CY 2022 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Three Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos & 00/100 (Php5,320,000.00), inclusive of all taxes, such as, but not limited to, value added tax (VAT), income tax, local taxes, and other fiscal levies, being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Chemicals and Reagents Using Electro Chemiluminescence Immunoassay Technology for Neutralizing Antibody Assay under Project Reference No.: PUR22-08-0684. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
