PUBLICATION OF ONE (1) CITY ORDINANCE
GS 2025-01-001

1. The City Government of Sorsogon through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of
One Million Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty & 0/100 (₱
1,499,850.00) Only being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PUBLICATION OF
ONE (1) CITY ORDINANCE under identification number GS 2025-01-001. Bids
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Sorsogon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
Delivery of the Goods is required by within (30) Thirty Calendar Days . Bidders should have
completed, within (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contractsimilar
to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents,
particularly, in Section II of the Instructions to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and
Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184....
