1. The PLGU-IFUGAO, through the Supplemental Budget no. 5 for the contract approved by the Sanggunian Panlalawigan for cy 2024 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP 4,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Publication No. 05-2025-C (Two Failed Biddings). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
