The Provincial Government of Ifugao (herein after called the “PROCURING ENTITY”) intends to procure Provision of a 1-year subscription to English Program (Access to Pro Online and Literacy Pro Library - online) under Publication No. 31-2025-G (Negotiated Procurement: Two Failed Biddings) with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) in the Amount of One Million One Hundred Sixty-One Thousand Three Hundred Six Pesos only (PhP 1,161,306.00) through Negotiated Procurement there being Two Failed Biddings.
